התשוקה הגדולה של הרב בלר ז"ל היתה עבודתו עם האוכלוסייה החילונית בעיר רעננה. הוא עשה זאת באמצעות תוכניות חינוכיות רבות שהעביר במערכת החינוך הממלכתית מהגנים ועד לתיכונים
הדרך הכי משמעותית להנציח את זכרונו הוא להמשיך את פעילותו המדהימה בעיר שעשה תחת הארגון שהקים, עמותת "בקהילה". בתו של הרב בלר, הדסה, יחד עם צוות חינוכי שהוקם יובילו את המשך הפעילות בבתי הספר החילוניים בעיר

One of the true the passion's of the late Rabbi Beller z"l was his work with the wider non religious community in Raanana through educational programming which he developed over the years in the schools. The most meaningful way to perpetuate his memory is by continuing his amazing work through BeKehillah, his organization.
We are currently building a team to ensure this can be achieved and will be launching an exciting program with many of the non-dati schools in Raanana this autumn. We are thrilled to announce that Hadassah Beller will be an integral part of BeKehilla going forward. Her commitment, enthusiasm and drive will be a crucial part in ensuring BeKehilla succeeds in the years ahead.
In order to ensure this vital project continues, you are invited to attend an information and fundraising evening in the hall at Shivtei Yisrael Synagogue, Har Sinai 17 on Saturday September 10th at 8.30pm.
